Terms & Conditions

Here at Apex events we pride ourselves on doing fun, memorable, and stress free events. Understanding these terms and conditions are critical for knowing what to expect leading up to your event

Delivery Policies

Delivery Day

  • Delivery date will typically be the day prior to event day. We do so to account for delays and setbacks.

  • We finalize delivery routes and schedules after we've received all orders for the week.

  • A time range will be provided the day before delivery day.

  • Deliveries crew will not go up stairs, or further than 25 feet from parking location of vehicle unless requested and paid for.

  • Chairs are delivered stacked on a cart. We request that they be stacked back on the cart following the event.

Same Day Delivery & Pickup

  • While we prefer to deliver the day prior of an event. We understand there may be venue restrictions.

  • Specific time delivery & pickup is available by custom request for an extra fee

  • Understand that there may be several other deliveries that day. It is important to be strictly on schedule.

Tents in Inclement Weather

  • Understand that tents are temporary structures. While they make great rain coverage, they are not built to sustain high winds.

  • While we typically deliver and install the day before an event, this may be often changed to navigate around storms. 

  • We need your help to keep tents safe in bad weather. Take down sidewalls that act as a wind parachute. Remove pools of water collecting on the tent top. And keep an eye on stakes.

Policies & Terms of Service

Terms & Conditions: Quoted equipment is not guaranteed unless a 25% reservation deposit is completed prior to event day. Rest of Invoice is due 2-3 days prior to delivery or pickup day. $42 flat delivery fee in Gainesville for small to medium orders, an additional 0.59 cent per mile round trip charge added to invoice for deliveries outside of Gainesville. Large order deliveries by custom quote.
 

Privacy Policy: By booking with us, you consent to our marketing policy where we reserve the right to record and use footage at your event to highlight our offerings and products. Apex Events will not publish or share your contact information with any marketers or solicitors of business.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the event for no additional penalty. Understand however that the initial 25% reservation deposit will always be non-refundable. Reservations may be cancelled up to 3 days prior to the event with a 35% refund penalty. 

When expecting a refund, please allow 3-5 business days for it to be reflected on your bank account.

Refunds are not issued for any delivered but unused equipment, or any equipment that did not work due to user error.
