  • Pop-Up Tents: The classic all purpose canopy. a staple of almost all outdoor events. Intended use as light duty shelter to provide shade and limited protection from weather. These tents should not be expected to withstand significant rain and wind.
    • Our Pop Up Canopy rentals are the only tents that can be picked up by clients for self install and they do come with the Staking hardware for install on turf. However tent weights must be added for use on solid ground that cannot be staked.  

• • Basic Frame Tents: These are a step up from pop up tents as these are light to Medium duty canopies installed on site by our experienced team. These tents are budget options for price conscious consumers
    • While some clients state they look nice and sturdy enough to use for weddings, our team recommends using these for more casual non-formal events such as baby showers, birthday parties, backyard cookouts and festivals. These tents use much thinner and lighter poles therefore they are not at all suited for heavy wind and rain. 
  • Premium Frame Tents: These tents are the go to for corporate events, weddings, and ceremonies as they give the peace of mind of being able to withstand whatever nature may throw at it while installed on location.
    • These tents consist of our Celina brand twin tube alluminumn frames and forged castings. These are the only style of event canopy available for extended rentals
    • Our premium frame tents can be in the cross cable high peak style, Gable End West Coast Style, or classic west coast style depending on size and configuration 

• Tables & chairs — Range or tabling and seating options available for all event types and sizes. With Apex Party Rentals seating hundreds of guest won't break the bank thanks to our rental offerings.
  • White Poly Folding chairs - The go to all purpose chair for most events. Functional, sturdy, and fits in asthetically in all settings formal or otherwise. These steel frame chairs are high in strength with an 800 LB weight capicity rating
  • Padded White Garden Chairs - The classic event folding chair, commonly referred to as garden chairs. These chairs are the go to for outdoor weddings as the feet design prevent them from sinking into dirt and grass.
  • Black Folding Stools - Padded round stool, a seating option for bar height tables like our 32" round Cocktail folding tables.
  • Banquet Tables -Essential event tabling. 60" & 72" Rounds, 6' & 8' long Rectangle folding tables.
