What we actually do

Most of what we rent is equipment nobody wants to own: a 40 × 60 tent, three hundred chairs, a dance floor, a line array. It gets used once and then needs storing, cleaning and repairing. That is our job rather than yours.

Because the inventory is ours rather than brokered, availability is something we can promise rather than check. When we say a tent is free on your date, it is free on your date.

How we work

We ask for a couple of weeks' notice where we can get it, because sizing a tent to a site is worth doing properly — gate widths, slope, grass or pavement, where the power is. A 25% deposit reserves the date; the balance is due five business days before delivery.

Florida weather is part of the job. We work around what we can and will shift an install a day either side of a storm to get a tent up safely. Dates can be moved with two weeks' notice.

Who we work with

Weddings and backyard parties are the bulk of it, but a lot of our week is corporate, municipal and institutional work — the jobs where the tent has to be up by seven and nobody wants to hear about traffic.
